A 19-YEAR-OLD P-plater has been caught driving while drunk at 45km/h over the speed limit at Jindabyne. The teen, from Kalkite in the Snowy Mountains, was clocked at 138km/h on Kosciuszko Rd, Jindabyne, about 9:30am yesterday (Saturday), police say.
